Stash is a web application for banks, branches, treasurer’s offices and CIT companies. It grants the highest cash-points efficiency and channels functionality. It allows to manage the cash flows in real time and in a single environment, rationalising the cash levels, optimising the logistics and transport costs and reducing idle money.
Thanks to its forecasting algorithm – certified by the University of Palermo (Italy) – it estimates the cash requirements for each banking device in a set time period. Orders are automatically generated upon the forecasts’ data, daily cash levels and according to a number of other parameters managed by the client; all orders can follow a manual, automatic or semi-automatic approval process.
It is possible to create various user profiles, with specific settings and permissions, within the application in order to simplify the cash flow management and to verify the cash availability status at each step of the workflow.
